The Human Resources Department pays special attention to the recruitment of young employees, who are considered a value for the continuation of the activity. Working under the slogan Find the right person with the right knowledge and qualities to a certain working position, Fondi Besa cares not only in recruiting such employees but also provides a high level of training in order to create a solid team that will best fulfill the mission of the Company.
