Komisioni i aplikimit krijohet nga tarifë (fee) e veçantë që paguhet nga klienti kryesisht para se kredia e aprovuar të disbursohet, në varësi të shumës dhe afatit të kredisë. Kjo tarifë duhet të jetë e shprehur në përqindje edhe në kontratën e kredisë. Ky fond është i pakthyeshëm.
