Fondi BESA sh.a Lending Institution for Businesses, announces competition on vacancy notice in the position of HELP DESK, at the IT Department for the Headquarters.
Main requirements for candidates in this position are as following:
- Higher education in the branches of Informatics, Computer Engineering;
- Substantial knowledge on data security systems such as antivirus, etc.
- Substantial knowledge on Printers, Photocopy Machines and Scanners;
- Good communication skills at work and in group;
- Preferably experiences in similar sectors, in the banking and financial system;
- Must not have been dismissed due to disciplinary measures;
- Good command of English as a foreign language;
Main duties to be in charge of:
- Serves as primary contact point in email or telephone for all employees of Fondi Besa who request IT technical assistance.
- Conducts remote problem-solving through diagnostic techniques and respective questions
- Determines appropriate solution on information and details provided by employees
- Orientates employees during problem-solving process
- Governs unresolved cases in the other level of IT supporting personnel
- Offers accurate information on IT products or services
- Registers events/problems and their settlement in Helpdesk registers
- Follows and updates case status of employees and respective information
- Addresses every feedback or suggestion by employees on the case to proper internal team
- Identifies and suggests potential improvements in Helpdesk.
