Fondi BESA sh.a Lending Institution for Businesses, announces competition on vacancy notice ASSISTANT OPERATOR for the city of Tirana.

The main requirements for candidates in this position are as below:

  • University Diploma in the Faculty of Economics or relevant fields
  • Must have at least 1-year professional experience in the field of lending, sales or management;
  • Must be able to offer high quality service to customers;
  • Must possess very good communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Must have the capacity to work in a team and support others;     
  • Must be well-organized and correct;
  • Must prepare accurate and timely reports according to requirements;
  • Must possess very good knowledge of basic computer programs;

Main duties to be in charge of:

  • To communicate and inform customers/potential customers on products and services of the company as well as to maintain accurately the entire necessary information from them;
  • To serve as contact person for the office;
  • To coordinate and ensure the realization in due time of all respective activities and documentation for customers who are part of special projects;
  • To conduct various questionnaires with customers and insert their data into respective programs;To describe briefly the history of customers;
  • To assist during the lending process; in application, processing of customer data in the credit system of ASF and in disbursement;
  • To assist in the maintenance of customer files and inventory of physical and electronic documentation;
  • To assist the Branch Director and register data on” System of daily closure”;
  • To prepare accurately and in due time reports according to request of the Branch Director;
