Fondi BESA sh.a Non-Bank Financial Institution announces competition on vacancy notice ASSISTANT OPERATOR for the city of Tirana:

Main requirements for candidates in this position are:

University Diploma in the Faculty of Economics or in relevant field;

Must have at least 1-year professional experience in the field of lending, sales or management;

Must be able to offer high quality service to customers;

Must possess very good communication skills both written and verbal;

Must have the capacity to work in a team and support others;

Must be organized and correct;

Must prepare accurate and timely reports according to requirement;

Must possess very good knowledge of basic computer programs;

Main duties to be in charge of:

To communicate and inform customers/potential customers on products and services of the company as well as maintain accurately the entire necessary information;

To serve as contact person for the office;

To coordinate and provide timely realization of all activities and respective documentation for customers who are part of special projects;

To conduct various questionnaires with customers and insert their data into respective programs;

To describe brief stories of customers;

To assist during the lending process; in application, processing of customer data into the ASF loan system and disbursement;

To assist in the maintenance of customer files and inventory of physical and electronic documentation;

To assist the Branch Director and register data on” Daily closure system”;

To prepare accurate and timely reports according to the request of the Branch Director;
