Main requirements for candidates in this position are:
Higher education diploma;
Work experience in similar sectors is preferable;
Must be able to provide high quality service to customers;
Must possess good communication skills at work and in a team;
Must prepare accurate and timely reports according to request;
Must be organized and correct;
Must possess good command of English as a foreign language;
Main duties to be in charge of:
Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the implementation of all obligations deriving from the Credit Department Manual and regulation of Digital Credit Department according to job description;
Communicates by phone, asks security questions on customer verification and guides the latter how to continue his loan application in cases when process has not terminated all steps;
Communicates by phone according to specified procedure on overdue customers;
Monitors and follows customer’s payments of Digital Credit portfolio;
Prepares reports and information for Director of Digital Credit Department on daily, weekly, monthly basis as well as additional reports if requested;
