In the framework of staff capacity building, Fondi BESA has established a specialized training unit during 2017. In order to establish a training team, during September it was organized a three-day training with the staff within the framework of the Albanian Agriculture Support Facility, supported by EBRD and the Albanian Government.

This is a comprehensive training program designed to offer participants the opportunity to practice their training skills, the most creative, participatory and contemporary techniques and methodologies in their training, and receive feedback from the facilitator and their colleagues.

This training gives participants a good understanding of the skills required to make professional presentations, to develop and deliver high-quality interactive seminars and to provide training and mentoring at the workplace.

This training format utilizes interactive activities, including role plays, group discussions, skill practice, video tools, and training appraisal. Activities are designed to ensure individual and group participation at any time.
