Fondi BESA sh.a Business Lending Institution, announces competition on vacancy notice ASSISTANT OPERATOR for the city of Vlore.

Main requirements for candidates in this position are as below:

o University Diploma in the Faculty of Economics or relevant field
o Must have at least 1 – year professional experience in the field of lending, sales or management;
o Must be able to offer high quality service to customers;
o Must possess very good communication skills both written and verbal;
o Must have the capacity to work in a team and support others;
o Must be organized and correct;
o Must prepare accurate and timely reports as required;
o Must possess very good knowledge of basic computer programs;

Main duties to be in charge of:

o To communicate and inform customers /potential customers on products and services of the company as well as maintain accurately the entire necessary information;
o To serve as contact person for the office;
o To coordinate and ensure timely realization of all activities and respective documentation for customers who are part of special projects;
o To conduct various questionnaires with customers and insert their data into respective programs;
o To describe brief stories of customers;
o To assist during the lending process; in application, processing of customer’s date in the credit system of ASF and in disbursement;
o To assist in the maintenance of customer files and inventory of physical and electronic documentation;
o To assist the Branch Director and register data on ”Daily closure system”;
o To prepare accurate and timely reports according to the request of the Branch Director;
