Fondi BESA sh.a Lending Institution for Businesses, announces the competition for a vacancy in the position of Product Development Specialist, at the Marketing and Development Department, in the Head Office:

The main requirements for candidates for this position are:

To have a high school diploma, the Faculty of Economics is preferred.
Have more than 5 years of experience in financial institutions (microfinance, bank);
Experience in product development, strategic planning and implementation preferred;
Excellent communication skills (oral and written);
Ability to provide training;
Good interpersonal skills;
Project management skills;
Time management skills;
Analytical skills;
Problem solving skills;
Ability to be proactive;

The main tasks for which he will be responsible:
Manage the product’s post-market performance: sales, margins and the number of customers who have stopped using the product, by performing extensive analysis.
To carry out detailed market research that may include the development of surveys, following changes in the market, including following changes in the products of competing companies;
To identify new market opportunities and convey this information to the Manager and other interested parties;
Identify and present innovations and finding creative solutions for the product;
To manage the project in all stages of integration/marketing/changes of the product through implementation;
Identify business and operational requirements based on business requirements & objectives for each product;
Demonstrate a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem solving for new and existing products;
To coordinate and build strong working relationships with different Departments within the institution including; IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Operations;
Lead the development, adoption, training and communication of new products/product changes and their related customer, operations, system and process impacts;
Develop and conduct specialized training for new products launched on the market. Ensure that all branch sales staff are regularly trained on existing and new products;
Be the sales support/point of contact/knowledge base for the entire Branch Sales team;
Monitor internal processes for efficiency and validity before and after market launch/product changes;
Provide support to other departmental projects as needed. To participate in the opportunities to develop both personally and professionally;
Meet/exceed and maintain service levels set by management. Meet/exceed expected reliability standards;
Comply with the Corporate Compliance Policy;
