Main requirements for candidates in this position are as following:

  • It is preferable that applicant must have experience as Specialist of Social Media or similar role;
  • Diploma in Marketing or other field as Communication, Public Relations etc.;
  • Exceptional knowledge on Microsoft Office and graphic design programs, with the purpose of writing, assembling of promotional material (photo/video/text) in social networks or marketing material such as leaflets, brochures etc.;
  • Knowledge on the use of marketing instruments of social media;
  • Knowledge on Optimization of Search Engines and Google Analytics;
  • Very good /exceptional knowledge of numerous marketing channels in the internet, social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and best practices of social media;
  • Experience in conducting audience research;
  • Very good creative skills;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good time-management skills;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Good command of English language;

Main duties to be in charge of:

  • Drafting, implementation and management of social media strategy through competitive research, determination of platform, benchmarking, messages and identification of audience in order to enhance presence in the internet, in social networks and to improve customer’s engagement;
  • Ensuring that current social media strategy is compatible with the purposes and values of the company;
  • Creation, publication and distribution of engaging daily posts, including the creation of texts, images and videos that promote the brand of the company. The creation of significant content in order to attract followers and drive traffic to websites;
  • Optimization of the company’s website within any platform in order to enhance visibility of the company;
  • Drafting and development of marketing campaigns in social media for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Webpage, Twitter;
  • Monitoring engagement of the users of social networks and effective communication with them in social media platforms;
  • Communication with industry professionals and influencers through social media in order to create a powerful network;
  • Monitoring of SEO and users’ engagement and suggesting contents to posts to ensure they are informative and engaging;
  • Measurement of the success of social media campaigns using KPI;
  • Cooperation with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) in order to manage the company’s reputation;
  • Drafting of monthly reports on progress of social media, public engagement and suggestions for improvements;
