Fondi BESA sh.a Non-Bank Financial Institution, announces competition on vacancy notice ASSISTANT OPERATOR for the city of Elbasan.

The main requirements for candidates in this position are as below:

o University Diploma in the Faculty of Economics
o Must have at least 1-year professional experience in the field of lending, or sales;
o Must be able to offer high quality service to customers;
o Must possess very good communication skills both written and verbal;
o Must have the capacity to work in a team;
o Must possess very good knowledge of basic computer programs;

Main duties to be in charge of:

o To communicate and inform potential customers on products and services of the company as well as to maintain accurately the entire necessary information;
o To serve as contact person for the office;
o To conduct various questionnaires with customers and insert their data into respective programs;
o To assist in the maintenance of customer files and inventory of physical and electronic documentation;
o To prepare accurately and in due time reports according to request of the Branch Director;
