Fondi BESA sh.a Lending Institution for Businesses, announces the competition for a vacancy in the position of OPERATOR ASSISTANT for the City of Tirana.

The main requirements for candidates for this position are:
o University Diploma in the Faculty of Economics
o Have at least 1 year of professional work experience in the field of lending or sales;
o Be able to provide a high quality of customer service;
o To have very good communication skills, in writing and speaking;
o To have the ability to work in a group;
o Very good knowledge of basic computer programs;

The main tasks for which he will be responsible:
o Communicate and inform potential customers about the company’s products and services and keep all the necessary information accurate;
o To be a contact person for the office;
o Carry out various questionnaires with customers and enter the data into the relevant programs;
o Assist in the maintenance of client files and inventory of physical and electronic documentation;
o Prepare accurate and timely reports as requested by the Branch Director;
